Welcome to Bad Frog Sporting. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products and services from Bad Frog Sporting. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website, approval of artwork, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
Bad Frog Sporting reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before production begins unless credit terms have been approved in writing.
New clients are required to submit 100% payment upfront.
After three (3) completed orders, clients may request credit terms, subject to approval, requiring:
50% deposit upfront
Remaining balance due Net 30
Invoices outstanding beyond 30 days will incur a 2% daily late fee and result in an immediate hold on current and future orders.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for approved and delivered custom orders. Any payment disputes must be raised directly with Bad Frog Sporting.
All custom orders require written approval of final mockups and/or tech packs prior to production.
Approvals are final and binding.
Once approval is provided, Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for errors including, but not limited to, spelling, sizing, placement, or colour.
Changes cannot be made once production has begun.
Clients are responsible for reviewing approvals carefully before confirming.
Orders enter production only after payment and final approval are received.
Standard production timeline: 15–20 business days.
Rush production options may be available at an additional cost and are subject to availability:
Rush 1: 5–7 business days
Rush 2: 2–5 business days
All production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for missed events, deadlines, or business losses due to production or shipping delays unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
If an order is cancelled after payment:
No refund will be issued
Ordered garments and materials will be held at Bad Frog Sporting for 30 days
Clients may either:
Pick up materials as-is, or
Reactivate the order, at which point the production timeline will restart from the date of re-confirmation
Unclaimed materials after 30 days may be disposed of at Bad Frog Sporting’s discretion.
Due to the custom nature of promotional products:
No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom items
Returns are accepted only for:
Manufacturer defects
Items produced incorrectly compared to approved specifications
Approved issues will be resolved by replacement or credit only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Client-supplied garments are accepted only at Bad Frog Sporting’s discretion.
Bad Frog Sporting assumes no liability for damage, misprints, colour reactions, or garment failure during printing.
No replacements, refunds, or reimbursement will be provided for client-supplied items.
By supplying garments, the client accepts all associated risks.
Minor colour variations may occur due to screen displays, fabric types, or manufacturer dye lots.
Sizing tolerances are set by manufacturers and are outside of Bad Frog Sporting’s control.
A production variance of up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity is considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Bad Frog Sporting is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the client upon pickup or delivery to the courier.

DBA Bad Frog Sporting shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supplier delays, labour disruptions, transportation failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16745792 CANADA INC. DBA Bad Frog Sporting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the affected portion of the order.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of 16745792 CANADA INC. DBA Bad Frog Sporting and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Bad Frog Sporting and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, BC.
